The “Am Kaiserbrunnen” facility

Four old buildings protected as ancient monuments, some of the walls of which go all the way back to the Middle Ages, have been elegantly joined with a recent construction to make one harmonious ensemble. This allows the Residence to blend smoothly into the existing characteristics of the street, between Marktstaette, Brotlaube, Fischmarkt and Konzil Street. A real gem is the integration of the "Hotel Krone", built in the year 1900.

In our "Am Kaiserbrunnen" facility you will find, along with 67 attractive apartments, the reception area, the library, the Japanese Garden, a sun-drenched patio, the Viennese Coffee House Krone and the fitness area. Also incorporated into this building are the full-care apartments, along with the physiotherapy department and a doctor's practice.
